ISAAC TIGNAL & Wife et als.
           vs.
JOHN & ROBERT WARREN'S HEIRS

Petition for the Division of Lands

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants are not 
inhabitants of this State,  on motion of the Plaintiff's Counsel, ordered:
that the Defendants appear here on the third Monday in February next and 
answer the said petition and plead, thereto, or a judgment will be entered 
against them, and an order made for the division of the said lands, agreeable 
to the petition; -- and that a copy of this order be inserted in the Edenton 
Gazette for six weeks successive.
