August Term, 1814

JOHN VANN
   vs.
ROBERT PARKER (of Miles)

Original Attachment Levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, ROBERT PARKER, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is ordered 
that publication be made for three months in the Edenton Gazette notifying 
said defendant that unless ROBERT PARKER appears at the next term of the said 
Court on the third Monday in November next, replevies his estate and pleads to 
the said action, final judgment thereon will be entered up against him.
