11 Aug 1780 - Thos Langston for love and affection to my sons and daughters after 
my decease and decease of my wife Ann to oldest son Isaac I give 20 shillings; to 
Mary Maner I give 20 shillings; to son Luke Lanston one cow and calf; to son 
Demcy Langston the plantation I now live on and half of my movable estate after 
my decease and my wife, Ann, I give to my son Thos Langston, Sand Bank Land and 
my colt and other half of my movable estate and if son Demcy shall die without an 
heir to fall to Thomas Langston and if Thomas should died without heir to fall to
