Death Of Lt. E. T. Riddick
The Standard of Raleigh, 3 Dec. 1862
       DEATH OF LT. ELBERT T. RIDDICK
   Died, in Charlestown, Va., on the 19th ultimo, ELBERT THOMAS RIDDICK, first 
lieutenant of Company F, 27th Regiment N. C. Troops, of wounds received on the 
17th of October, in the memorable Battle of Sharpsburg.
   LIEUTENANT RIDDICK was a native of Gates Couonty, N. C., son of JOSEPH 
RIDDICK, ESQ., deceased, and was in the 23rd year of his age.
