CHARLES EDMONDS, JR.

CHARLES (CHUCK) EDMONDS JR.
  Charles Samuel (Chuck) Edmonds Jr., 12, of 209 Cedar St., died at 8:35 a.m. 
today (Monday) in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital.
  A native of Suffolk, he was a son of Charles Samuel Edmonds and Mrs. Ava 
Howell Edmonds of Suffolk.
  He was a sixth grade student at Thomas Jefferson School and was a member of 
the Junior Sunday School Department of Trinity Christian Church.
  Surviving, besides his parents, are two sisters, Mrs. Weeta E. Boyette and 
Mrs. Carolyn E. Williams, both of Suffolk; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Sadie 
Howell; and his paternal grandfather, Garfield Edmonds.
  A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday by I.O. Hill & Company 
Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Earl J. Spring.  Burial will be in the 
Howell family cemetery at Eure, N.C.
