WILLIAM OTHA MIZELLE SR.

SUFFOLK – William Otha Mizelle Sr., 84, of the 8100 block of Longstreet Lane, 
went to be with the Lord Nov. 9, 2004. A native of Harrellsville, N.C., he was a 
farmer and a member of Reynoldson Baptist Church. He was a member of Woodmen of 
the World, a World War II U.S. Army veteran and was the son of the late Ella Mae 
wilder and Henry Marcus Mizelle. He was also predeceased by two sisters and four 
brothers.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ida Ann Cale Mizelle of Suffolk; 
daughter and son-in-law, Janet M. and Randy Vick of Suffolk; sons and daughters-
in-law, William O. Mizelle Jr. and Nancy of Millageville, Ga., James Anderson 
and Shirley Mizelle of Suffolk and Henry Cale and Barbara Mizelle of Suffolk; 13 
grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Lucille Perry and Wilma 
Sirene.

A funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Reynoldson Baptist Church with the Rev. 
Reith Trull and Billy Presley officiating. Burial will be in Southampton 
Memorial Gardens (Park). Friends may join the family at the residence.

Contributions may be made to the Reynoldson Baptist Church Youth Organization at 
Rural Route 2, Gates, N.C. 27937. Parr Funeral Home is serving the family.
