Calling to mind the matality of my body & knowing that it is appointed for all men over/? to die do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament. That is to say first of all I give & recommend my Soul into the hand of almighty God & as taking Such worldly estate where with it has pleased God to bestow on me in this life I give & dispose of the same in the following manner & form. First my desire is that all my Just debts & funeral charges be paid by my Executor. Item. I Give & bequeath unto my son, William Henry Harrell one feather bed & furniture which I desire to be sold at my death by my Executor, one Chest & that to be sold at my death by the same, one Heffer & that to be sold by the same. one half barrell Cotton to be sold by same, one half barrell Vinegar to be sold by the same, & I leave all my meat & corn to be sold by the same & my lard to be sold by the same & peas to be Sold & all my right that fell to me by the death of my father which is in the hands of Henry Gilliam I give to my son William H. & all the rest of my property that is not named I give unto him to have & to his & his assignes to have & to hold forever & it all to be sold & I hereby make & ordain Abraham Prudue my Excuter to this my last Will & Testament in Witness Wherefor I the Sd Mary Harrell have hereunto set my hand & Seal this 18th Janry 1834.
