Will of Isaac Langston
Written: 3 Apr 1802

To my son Timothy Langston the land and plantation where I now live and all the 
land that I have joining of it, one piece of Pecotion land that I bought of 
Hennery Copland, one piece of Sand Bank land that I bought of said Copland, one 
piece of land that I bought of John Carter, one Negro slave named Davi, one Negro 
woman named Phillis, one Negro girl named Venus, two feather beds and furniture, 
one boefat, one oval table, one chist, one small trunk and all that's in the 
trunk, all my house carpenter tools, my cooper tools, my farm tools, two guns, 
one half of my cattle, half of my hoggs, half part of sheep, one half of my house 
hold furniture, one saddle and bridle, one cart and gear, all my books and all my 
wairing apparrill.

To my daughter Molley Parker one piece of land lying on Rogers Branch which I 
bought of Richard Odom, one piece of Sand Bank land that I bought of William and 
Joshia Langston, one Negro man named Ben, one Negro boy named Sam, one feather 
bed and furniture which she has already received, one chist which she has already 
received, other half of my cattle, other half of my hoggs, other half of my 
sheep, one loom and gear, other half of my house hold furniture.

Remainder of estate not already given away to be sold by my executor at public 
sale and after all debts and funeral charges paid out and equally divided between 
my son Timothy Langston and daughter Molley Parker and appoint John Odom my whole 
executor.
