It is my will and real disire and meaning that all the just debts which I owe to any person whatsoever bee of honestly paid in some covenient time after my decease by my executor there after named. Item. I leave the use of my land and plantation with the mill I now lieve on to my beloved wife Cherry Langston during her natural life and after the decease of my wife, I give to my daughter Mariah Langston my land and plantation and mill I say to her and her heirs and assigns for ever. Also I give to my wife my negro woman named Ruth also. I leave the use of my negro boy bill five years after five years I say I give to my daughter Mariah Langston my negro boy bill I say to her and her heirs and assigns for ever. Also I give to my beloved wife Cherry Langston two feather beads and furniture and I also leave the use of my bofat and furniture to her during her life after her decease I give to my daughter Mariah my bofat and furniture I say to her and her heirs and assigns for ever. Also I leave the use of one walnut case and one walnut table to my wife during her life after her decease I give to my daughter Mariah the said table and case to her and her heirs and assigns for ever. Also I give to my wife Cherry my large desk for ever also I give to my beloved wife Cherry four choice cows and calfs also two young stears I say to her for ever also I give to my wife my mare and colt I say for ever. I give to my daughter Mariah my smallest desk I say to her and her heirs and assigns for ever. Item. I give to Penelope Cross one feather bead and furniture and one cow and calf I say to her and her heirs and assigns for ever also I give to my beloved wife Cherry Langston all the hoggs I now own also I give my wife one loom and gear. Item. It is my will and desire that all my property both real and personal that has not hereunto fore been mentioned with the land in Virginia I say it is my will and desire that it shall be sold by my executor here after named to pay of my debts. And further more declared by my nominater Reddick Cross and my wife ___ and whatsoever I do in the presants of God and these my Evedences declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and for afore said in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of July one thousand eight hundred & sixteen.
