Petition for Dower

It is ordered that this petition be taken pro confesso against WM. PATTERSON, 
ISHAM PATTERSON, PETER PATTERSON, BOSWELL PATTERSON, DAVID PATTERSON, NATHAN 
FITT and ELIZABETH, his wife and STEPHEN NEAL and CELIA, his wife, unless they 
appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County 
of Granville on the first Monday in August next and plead, answer or demur to 
this issue and that publication be made for five successive weeks in the 
Raleigh Minerva.
