    Vs.

HOWELL ROSE

Original Attachment, levied on a Negro man named Squire

It is ordered by the Court that publication hereof be made for three 
successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear 
at our term of the Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County 
of Granville and replevy the property, the property levied on will be 
subjected to the payment of the plaintiff's debt.
