EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given that the Subscribers, at the last Term of the Court 
of Pleas & Quarter Sessions in Granville County qualified as Executor of the 
Last Will and Testament of ANTHONY LUMPKIN, deceased, late of Granville 
County. Those indebted to the said estate are requested to make payment 
immediately, and those having claims against said estate are notified to 
present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law or this 
notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
