JAMES W. LYON AND OTHERS
      VS.
JOHN M. LYON AND OTHERS             PETITION TO DIVIDE LANDS
   It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN M. LYON, one of the 
defendants in this cause, resides beyond the limits of this State; it is 
therefore, on motion, ordered by the Court, that advertisement be made in the 
Raleigh Standard,notifying the sd. defendant of the filing of this petition, 
and that unless he appears at the next term of this Court, and answer the 
petition, the same will be taken pro confesso, and heard ex parte as to him. 
Witness AUGUSTINE LANDIS, Clk., at office in Oxford, the first Monday of August
1862.
