PEACE, in Granville County, near Dickinson’s Bridge, on Tar River, on Saturday, 4th day of October next 930 acres of land, on north side of Tar River, adjoining the river, the lands of WILLIAM WILLIAMS, and WILLIAM H. PEACE; 250 acres on Lick Branch of Gold’s Creek, in the County of Anson; and 18 likely Negroes, consisting of men, women, boys, likely young girls and children; among the men are two excellent Blacksmiths, or so much of the above property as will raise the sum of $4,559 dollars, 58 cents, and the expenses of sale; to satisfy the execution from our Circuit Court in Raleigh, in favor of JOHN HAMILTON & CO. against the Executor of JOHN DICKINSON, Deceased.
