Granville County, NC - Isabella A. & Robert Potter Divorce

An Act to divorce Isabella A. Potter from her husband Robert Potter

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina,
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That Isabella
A. Potter of the county of Granville, the wife of Robert Potter, be,
and she is hereby declared to be separated and divorced from her
husband, the said Robert Potter; and that she be entitled to all the
rights, privileges and immunities of a feme sole, in as full and
ample a manner, as if she had never been connected by the bonds of
matrimony with the said Robert Potter.
