Notes:
Both of these {lists} are undated but I believe, after comparing names, 
that they predate the 1749 Lemuel Lanier list.  That leaves 1746, 
1747, and 1748 for the possible years.  One is from William Masey 
and the other is from James Ross.  The 1749 Lemuel Lanier list is 
more similar to the Ross list than to the Masey list.  Neither list 
(Ross & Masey) shows the number of tithables.  I would guess that 
the William Masey list dates from 1746 or 1747 and that the James 
Ross list dates from 1747 or 1748.  All of the lists I have submitted 
thus far (William Masey [1746 or 1747], James Ross [1747 or 1748], 
Lemuel Lanier 1749, Lemuel Lanier 1750, Brantly 1751, unsubscribed 
1752, Osborn Jeffreys 1753, Osborn Jeffreys 1754, Martin 1757, and 
Pope 1762) are for a single district within each year and not the 
whole county and should probably be tagged as "partial" on the page 
that links to them.
