EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber at the last. term of Granville 
County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions, qualified as Executors to the Last 
Will and Testament on the estate of JOHN C. RUSSELL, deceased. Those indebted 
to the said estate are requested to make payment immediately; and those having 
claims against said estate, are notified to present them duty authenticated 
within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their 
recovery.
