VAUGHAN & HAZERD

           Vs.

JOHN SPENSER

Original Attachment levied in the hands of F. N. --. BURTON and J. HAMILTON

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendant, JOHN 
SPENSER is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three months in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the said Defendant appear at the next term of this Court to be held for 
the County of Granville on the 1st Monday in March and replevy property and 
plead to this issue, judgment will be entered against him.
