Granville County Court Minutes Summaries From May 1821 To February 1857 For Solomon Perry 

--May 1823:  Clement Wilkins appointed road overseer from Roger Mill to Wake 
County line with hands of Sallman Perry, Willis Emery, Green Emery, et al.

--Feb. 1824: Solomon Perry, Edward Loyde, Soloman Loyde ordered to serve on March jury.

--Nov. 1825:  Solomon Perry ordered to serve as juror on Feb. term.

--Nov. 1827:  Wm. Snessin (sp?) appointed road overseer from Rogers Mill to Wake 
County line with hands of Lewis Emery, Solomon Perry, et al.

--Nov. 1829:  Solomon Perry ordered to attend Feb. term as juror.

--May 1830:  Solomon Perry served as juror.

--Nov. 1830:  Solomon Perry served as juror.

--Nov. 1832:  Solomon Perry and Henry Sykes ordered to serve next term as jurors.

--Feb. 1833:  Solomon Perry and Henry Sykes served on juries.

--May 1835:  Solomon Perry ordered to serve as August juror.

--Aug. 1835:  Solomon Perry served on Aug. jury.

--Nov. 1835:  Edward Chappell deeded 160 acres to Solomon Perry.

--Feb. 1836:  Solomon Perry called to May jury.

--May 1836:  Solomon Perry served on May jury.

--May 1839:  Solomon Perry called to Aug. jury.

--Nov. 1840: Peyton G. Mangum appointed road overseer from Region?s (sp?) Mill 
to Wake County line with hands of Lewis Emory, Solomon Perry, et al.

--Feb. 1842:  George Green appointed road overseer (from Tanner?s Path to Ledge 
of Rock) with hands of Solomon Perry et al.

--May 1843: Solomon Perry?s will and codicil.  Clement Wilkins renounced role as 
executor and other named executor John Garner is sole executor.

--May 1843:  John Garner proves deed from Solomon Perry to George W. Green (sp?) 
for 100 acres.

--Aug. 1843:  John Garner returns inventory on Solomon Perry.

--Aug. 1843:  George W. Green appointed road overseer from Tanner?s path to Ledge 
Of Rock Creek with hands of Thomas Perry, Solomon Perry, et al.

--May 1852:  John Byrd appointed road overseer in place of Thomas Garner from Roger?s 
Old Mill to Wake line with hands on lands of Lewis Emory, Solomon Perry, et al.

--Aug. 1852:  James Dalby appointed road overseer from Tanner?s Path to Ledge of 
Rock with hands on lands of Thomas Perry, Solomon Perry, William Emory et al.

--May 1853:  John B. Green proved a deed from Solomon Perry to Peter Perry.
