GRANVILLE COUNTY

SAMUEL PEACE

Vs.

THOMAS G. WALK

Original Attachment returned to this term levied on a sorrel mare

It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the defendant, THOMAS G. 
WALK, is not a resident of this state. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless 
the said defendant appear at our next Court to be held for Granville County on 
the 1st Monday in May next and replevy said property attached, the Court will 
proceed to judgment and award execution.
