R. SUTHERLAND and son, PHILEMON, of Wake County, I shall on the sixth day of June next, at the dwelling house of the said WILLIAM WILLIAMS, proceed to sell to the highest bidder, for ready money, the land and plantation on which the said WILLIAMS now resides, containing by estimation, Four Hundred acres; four female Negroes, his stock of Horses, Cattle, Hogs and Sheep; among which is one Yoke of Oxen, one set Blacksmith's tools complete, one waggon (sic), one Ox-Cart, one Riding Chair with two seats, double and single, with harness and sundry articles of Household and Kitchen Furniture, Plantation Utensils, and his half right to one Sixty Gallon Still.
