Robert Dickens deed to Michael Cocklereese, in which Mary Dickens, wife of said 
Robert Dickens, relinquishes her right to dower...Three Hundred & Twenty 
Acres...South side of INDIAN CREEK...boundary line formed by McCULLOH's 
lines...to THOMPSONs  corner...South along PERSON's line...to HARRIS's line. 
Witness: ___Jefferys, Jr, Henry (X) Strader (see 1780 sale of this property)

1780 - February 9, 1780 - Recorded in Granville County Deed Book O, page 29: - 
Michael Cockleree of Granville deed to Francis Breesie of Mecklenburg County, 
VA,...Three Hundred & Twenty Acres...South side of INDIAN CREEK...boundary line 
formed by McCULLOH's lines...to THOMPSONs corner...South along PERSON's 
line..to HARRIS's line. Signed by Michael (X)Cockleriece, Rebeckah (X) 
Cockleriece.   Feb Court 1780 "this deed was acknowledged by Michl Cockleriece 
to be his act & Deed was ordered to be registered at the same time Rebecca, 
wife of the said Michl was privately examined by James Langston Esq who ___[?] 
later that she duely relinquished her right of dower in the lands hereby 
conveyed."
