THIS INDENTURE Made this 1st day of February 1791 Between David Wilkerson Senr 
of the County of Granville & State of North Carolina of the one part & David 
Wilkerson Junr of the county & State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth 
that the sd David Wilkerson Sr for & in consideration of the Just & full sum 
of fifty pounds Currency to him in hand paid by the sd David Wilkerson Jnr 
before the sealing & delivery of these presences the receipt whereof he doth 
acknowledge & by these presence doth bargain sell delivery & confirm unto the 
sd David Wilkerson Jnr his heirs & assigns forever one certain Tract or parcel 
of land lying & being in the County of Granville on the Waters of Bearskin 
Creek containing Fifty acres be the same more or less & bounded as followeth, 
to wit, Beginning at white oak Wilkersons & Persons Corner thence by Persons 
line east one hundred ten poles to a black oak & stake on the old path thence 
North eight poles to a white & black oak thence by Wilkersons line West one 
hundred and Ten poles to a red oak thence by John Wilkersons line South to the 
first Station by the plat hereunto annexed doth appear together with all woods 
Waters mines minerals hereditaments & appurtenances to the sd belonging or 
appertaining To hold to the sd David Wilkerson Junr his heirs & assigns 
forever Yielding & paying to us Such sums of Money Yearly otherwise as Our 
general assembly from time to time may Direct & I do warrant & defend to the 
sd David Wilkerson Junr his heirs & assigns clear from the lawful claim or 
demand of all persons whatsoever In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand
