Said boy weights about 160 lbs., is about five feet six inches high, rather stout in build, of dark complexion, has a spot or blemish in the right eye, and is about 25 years old. He has on a brown coat of woolen goods, black wool hat and a speckled bosom shirt and says he belongs to a man in the State of Georgia by the name of ALSEY THOMPSON, who is contractor upon a Railroad now under construction leading to Savannah, Georgia, to some point in Alabama and that he was purchased of said Thompson in 1859, in the City of Richmond, Va. of a man by the name of JACOB WILLIAMS,who resides in Portsmouth, Va. The owner is requested to come forward, prove his property, pay charges and take said boy away, or he will be disposed of as the law directs. J.M.
