Item I give to my beloved wife, Susanah Bullock dureing her natral Life all my Estate of every descrption. Item I give to my Daughter Nancy Dalby fifty to be her and her heirs for ever. Item I give to my Grand Daughter Susanah Bullock one negro Boy named John to her and her heirs for ever. My will and desire is after my wifes Death that my estate Shall be Equally divided Between my sons Edward Bullock Benjamin Bullock Leonard Bullock and my Daughter Frances Flemming. I hereby nominate and appoint Leonard Henderson Susanah Bullock and Edward Bullock my Executors to execute this my Last will and Testament. Signed Sealed and Published in the presents of: This 30 day of March 1827 William Burge - Jurat George Bullock - Jurat /s/ Micajah Bullock (Seal) State of North Carolina County of Granville August Cort AD 1828 The foregoing paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Micajah Bullock Dec'd was brought into court and offered for probate, which was objected to and Caveat entered thereto at last May term. At this term this cause coming on to be heard, the parties appearing by their attorneys, a Jury of good and lawful men were duly impannelled sworn and charged to try this issue "Devisavil vel non" viz: Samuel Hayes, David Rice, Alfred Lane, Joseph Fletcher, Henry Norman, Anthony Clement, Thomas Brown, Lemuel Smith, Howel Satterwhite, Jonathon Higgs, John Neville & John Stovall, who found the foregoing paper writing to be the last Will and Testament of Micajah Bullock Dec'd and that he did devise as therein stated; Judgement of the court accordingly, and that the same be recorded.
