Granville County, NC - Will of G.W. Ferrill, 1891

I  G.W. FERRILL of the County of Granville and State of North
Carolina being of sound mind and memory, but considering the
uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make and declare
this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by
me heretofore made in manner and form following. that is to say
     I  give and devise to the heirs of SAMUEL D. FERRILL dec'd
My tract of land in Greene County N.C. and whatsoever deposits
any Bank Stock I may have in Fayettville N. Carolina at my death.
And to my son GEORGE FERRILL, I give and bequeath all the 
remander of my property personal and real to have and to hold
to him and his heirs in fee simple forever.
Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son GEORGE FERRILL,
my lawful Executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my
last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of
the same, and every part and clause thereof. In witness whereof
I the said G.W. FERRILL do hereunto set my hand and Seal this the
24th day November AD 1887.

      I, William A. Bobbitt, Clerk Superior Court
Granville County, do hereby certify, that the
foregoing, is a true and complete copy of the
records of the last will and testament of the
late G.W. Ferrell, dec'd as appears of record
in my office. Done at Oxford, N.C. June 29th
1891. In testamony whereof I hereunto sign
my name and affix the seal of said Court.
