Amen. I Mithias Miars of the County of Granvill Being very sick and weak in body, but of perfeckt Mind and Memory thanks be given unto God. Calling unto mind the Mortality of my body and knowing thatt it is appointed for all men once to die Make & ordaine this my last will & Testamont that is Say prinsapas(?) and first of all I give and recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave itt and my body I recomend to the Earth to be buried in Desent Christian burial att the discresion of my Executors doubling(?) att the generall Resureckshon I Shall receive the Same again by the Mighty power of God And as touching Rich Worly Estate which with itt has pleased God to Blefs me in this life I have demise & dispose of the same in the following Mannor and form Item I Give and bequeath to my well beloved Granson Mithias Cocklereace son of Tabolt Cocklerease one hundred acres of land liing in the County of Granivell on the North Side of Mill Crick and Joyning Shearmons Land to him & his heirs and asighns for Ever Item I Give and bequeath to my Loving wife Mary Miars all the Rest of my Estate Reall and personall Except what I have before given to her and her assigns for Ever and after She the Said Mary Mithias Departs this Life that itt is my Desire that Michall Cockelrease Shall have this plantation and Mill & also this to Michall Cockelrease to have one negor boy Called Thomas a negor feller Cald Jack and Tabold Cockelreace to have a negor woman Called Nell as also that the Rest of my Estate as Horses hogs Sheep & etc.to be Equaly Divided betwickts the two Boys Michall & Tabolt for Ever and I further Conssitute my Son Michall Cockellreace And my wife Mary Moyars (sic Miars) Excukotors to this my Last will & testament & Do here by utterly Disavow revoke and Disanull all & Every Other former Testaments & wills byasis(?)
