Burch Cemetery 

Located near Walstonburg. Coming from old NC 264, turn left at traffic light 
in Walsonburg. Cemetery is on left just before you get to the next intersection 

William R. Wheeler, May 24, 1888, Sept. 20, 1918 (He was William Redden Wheeler, 
  son of William Henry Wheeler, Jr. and Ida Gay. He was killed in an automobile 
  accident in Greenville. He had gone to Greenville to pick up a load of college 
  students to bring them home. There was a bad rain storm and he did not see the 
  train. Coming. He was my mother's brother. His wife was Thelma Burch.) 

D. E. Burch, May 21, 1862, May 17, 1906 

Infant son of D. E. & Ida Burch, died 1901, age 10 mos. 27 days 

Sarah, wife of H. C. Smith, May 6, 1854, Aug. 29, 1909 

H. C. Smith, May 28, 1846, Apr. 7, 1889
