RUFF CEMETERY

From Saratoga go toward Farmville on the old hightway. At the time I
recorded this information it was Hwy. 264, but I believe it is Hwy. 90
now. Just inside the Greene Co. line, on the left, there is a field with
a clump of trees in the middle. The cemetery is located in this group of
trees. There are only six graves, the latest one dated 1900. These
markers were recorded in March, 1973.

There were about five mounds that could have been unmarked graves, but
more likely were just raised places in the ground.
