Vines Cemetery

Cemetery is located in a field near the old Vines place, just inside Greene County 
line when entering from Stantonsburg on State Road 1332(?) near sand pits. It is 
also known as the old Wiley Webb place. 

Samuel Vines, b. Sept. 21, 1775, d. Nov. 18, 1848 

Mary B.Brownrigg, wife of Samuel Vines, b. Dec. 11, 1785, d. July 17, 1829 

Emily E. Moye, b. Oct. 24, 1816, d. Nov. 13, 1882 

Colonel Macon Moye, b. April 1,2 1802, d. Sept. 20, 1868 

There are several pieces of broken stone in this cemetery indicating that at one 
time there were many more graves here.
