Spring Term 1882

M J Fields Guardian of M L Fields vs Joseph T Ward and others

Upon the calling of the above case at the term aforesaid the death of the 
plaintiff M L Fields was suggested; whereupon motion of J F Wooten attorney 
for the plaintiff it is ordered that notice issue to M J Fields to appear at 
the next term of this court and have himself made party as administrator of 
said deceased, if he shall be so appointed person to said court.

M J Fields adm'r of M L Fields vs Joseph T Ward and others

At the Spring Term of this court upon motion of J F Wooten attorney for 
plaintiff - an order was made that notice issued to the plaintiff M J Fields 
the husband of the deceased plaintiff M L Fields to appear and make himself 
party &c. Upon the service of said notice M J Fields applied to the clerk 
and was duly appointed administrator upon the estate of his deceased wife, M 
L Fields, and coming into this court and makes himself party as 
administrator of his said deceased wife.
