GREENE COUNTY
Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, August Term, 1818-Adam Foley vs John Pate-
Original Attachment, levied on one Lot in Snow Hill.
It appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that the defendant in this case 
is not a inhabitant of this state--It is therefore ordered that publication be 
made for six weeks in the Star paper printed in Raleigh that the defendant 
appear at the Court house in Snow Hill, the second Monday of November next to 
plead -ce or judgement final will be taken against him.
