Court of Euity, April Term, 1819
Theophilus Edwards and others vs Mary Hodges and others-Petition for sale and 
partition.
ORDERED that publication be made in the Raleigh Star, for four weeks, calling 
on William Murphey and Mary his wife, Sarah Heath and the children, and heirs 
at law. of Zilpha Stanly deceased, supposed to be, John [or the childen of 
John Stanly], Polly [or her children], William Thomas, or the children of 
Thomas Stanly] James, Elizabeth, Zilpha Ford[or the children of said Zilpha], 
Sarah and Polly Stanly to come forward and show ex-- wherefore sale should not 
be made of the mill land, on Tyce's marsh, and fifty-six acres of land, 
thereunto adjoining, agreeable to the prayee of the petetion.
