Josiah Whitley vs. William Murphey

Original attachment levied in the hands of Isaac Ward and Granisheed (sic).

It appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that William Murphey the 
defendant in this case, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is ordered that 
public notice be given three months in the Star paper, that unless the said 
William Murphey be and appear at the next Court to be held for the county of 
Greene at the Court House in Snow Hill on the second Monday in February next, 
to replevy and plead to issue, final judgment will be entered up against him.
