GREENE COUNTY
Court of Equity, April Term 1819
Henry Herring and wife vs William Wade and John Fennell.
NOTICE is hereby given unto John Fennell, one of the defendants in this suit, 
that he appear at the next term of this Court to be held in said County of 
Greene at the Court House in Snow Hill, on the second Monday after the fourth 
Monday of September next, and plead answer or demur un-- the said bill of 
complaint, or the same will be taken pro confesso [as to him] and set for 
hearing exporte.
