Zachariah Elliott vs William Holliday

Nov. 1829

Elliott stated that Holliday owes him $46 and damages of $20

The Court found for the plff for $61.08 – on the jury were Person Tuton, 
George Butts, John Taylor, Willis Murphy, Lawrence Bryant, William Tuton, Mede 
Aswell, Craven Adams, Caleb Spivey, Ormond Harper, Jacob Rasbury, Robert Hill

16 Aug. 1820 – received of Zachariah Elliott $46 as part of the judgment taken 
in favor of the executors of Thomas Holliday dec vs sd Elliott

No appeal Bond was executed and the plff asks for dismissal

NOTE: There was no indication of what the case was actually about.
