#6619 – FLETCHER ORMOND v WYATT MOYE

Greene Co – 1850

Superior Court Fall Term 1848 – Greene Co – Wyatt Moye to answer Fletcher 
Ormond a plea that rendered unto him $160 – on 24 April 1848 sd Moye became 
indebted to Benjamin C. D. Eason for $160 – Eason transferred the note over to 
sd Ormond – Eason was indebted to Joshua Speight for $637.19 but Eason had 
left Edgecombe Co and could not be found – sd Speight sued sd Eason and won 
the case – there is information in the folder on the trial in Edgecombe Co
