EDWARDS a certain tract in Lenoir county --- the following lines are mentioned - the old PHILLIPS line, the dividing line between me and C. T. EDWARDS and the line does not run where it was generally thought and it would cut off the dwelling and other houses bequeathed to C. T. EDWARDS which was doubtless contrary to the intention of CHARLES EDWARDS we have mutually agreed to a change ---- I ELBERT P. EDWARDS of the County of Lenoir for one dollar paid by JOHN C. ? EDWARDS and LUCRETIA EDWARDS infant children of CHARLTON T. EDWARDS dec assign my rights to new boundary ---- provided that the D. C. EDWARDS the widow of C. T.
