23 November 1786 - EVERITT HOUSE to BENJAMIN SHEPPARD - all of Dobbs - 150 
acres - SW side of Contentnea, WS Mill Creek, including plantation where sd 
EVERITT HOUSE is now living and mill with one acre of land opposite the mill 
conveyed by ELISHA HOUSE to sd EVERET HOUSE - part of a tract granted to 
WILLIAM CURLEE; another parcel adj to said above land - adj HARPER, SUGGS, 
mill - 200 acres
