Henry, dec - I Charles Joiner do convey to Pearsey Henry in fee simple a certain parcel being a part of the Alexander Harper Plantation purchased by the said Harper of Cullen Coward situated in county of Greene in the fork of Great and little Contentneah Creeks - beginning at Pearsey Henry's corner and runs with her line near the road - being part of a Patent granted to Edward Coward for 600 acres containing 42 acres - NEXT PAGE is missing [Note: Pearsey Henry was the daughter of Cullen and Sidney Phillips Coward.
