Witnesses: John Freeman and James Freeman Registered: March Court 1767 Bk L, pg 210 Indenture made 11 May 1769 between Eleazer Quimby mariner and Lewis Baulch of Bertie, for 20 pounds land in Bertie on Tumbling Branch adjacent to Jacob Lassiters line containing 250 acres. Witnesses: John Freeman, Sol'm Freeman and Elisha Freeman. Registered: Sep't Court 1770.
