12 1/2 acres of land in Greene County on the south side of Great Contentnea Creek
and on the north side of the Rain Bow adjacent to maple in a branch in William
Lewis' plantation, Hills and said Lewis corner and runs with Lewis line to a maple
his corner. 20 April 1807

Wm Speight Entry officer for claims for land in the county of Greene to the 
surveyor of said County Greetings
You are hereby required as soon as may be to lay off and survey of Urbane Lewis 
a tract of land containing 25 acres joining Cails & his own lines Entry made 
15th of May 1805 Observing the Directions of the act of the assembly in such 
case made and provided for running out lands two just & fair plans of such 
survey with a proper certificate annexed to Each you are to transmit  with this 
repanant to the secretary's office without delay given under my hand &c
21st March 1806

By virtue of a warrant No 78 dated the 21st day of March 1806
I have surveyed for Urban Lewis a tract of land containing twelve & 1 half acres
