THE STAR 1-1-1819
Ten Cent Reward
For Nathaniel Nelson and Chapman Broom, apprentices to the shoe-making 
business who runaway from the subscriber on the 4th last,taking with them
[each] a set of shoe tools. Nelson is some the rise of twenty years of 
age,about five feet high,light complextion, grey eyes,large flat face,fresh 
contenance,stout built,with a down look.Broom is about twenty years of 
age,sorrily grown,between four and five feet high,thick built,pale yell-
ow unhealthy contenence,dark hair,had on when he went away,striped homespun 
pantalooms, a homespun roundabout jacket,a high bell-crowned hat.I will give 
the above reward for said apprentices,if delivered to me in Snow-Hill,Greene 
county,and all resonable expences paid,or for any information respecting them 
that will lead to their apprehension.All per-sons are forwarned from harboring 
or employing said apprentices,under the penality of the law.
