Greene County, NC - Jim Carraway

Jim Carraway, date of photo unknown. 
Jim Carraway was born March 7, 1880.  His parents were Benajah Carraway 
and Rachel Obedience "Beddie" Murphy.  He married Laura Mae Albritton 
on December 26, 1906.  Jim Carraway died Oct. 14, 1934.  Laura Mae 
Albritton Carraway died December 1, 1967.
