ALBRITTON (Albrittan?), James 1877

Wife: lent one third of land, dwelling house , and the out houses for 
her use,

Daughter in law: E.F. ALBRITTON use of same as above.

Wife: one mule, one half of all stock on land

Daughter in law : Elizar F. ALBRITTON the other half of the stock

Wife: Margret ALBRITTON , feather beds stides and all the furniture that 
is not given to daughter in law E. F. ALBRITTON.

Wife: lent one buggy and harness and wagon

Two Grandsons: Burtan F. ALBRITTON and John E. ALBRITTON and Lily D. 
ALBRITTON a tract of land

Daughter in law: Elizar, furniture, a mare, wagon, and harness

Grandson: Alpheus A. ALBRITTON one hundred acres of land

One hundred acres of land to be sold by the executors and they are to 
pay E__ly (Emily?) ALBRITTON three hundred dollars and the balance of 
the proceeds of said lands is to be paid by my executor to James 
ALBRITTON

Son: Thomas ALBRITTON all that has been heretofor advanced to him and 
his heirs

Son: Elias ALBRITTON all that I heretofor advanced to him and his heirs

Daughter: Adelade L. NEWBERN (?) all that I have heretofore advanced to 
her

Daughter: Emily ALRIDGE all that I have heretofore advanced

Granddaughter: Martha H____ one bead (bed?)

Grandson: Alphus ALBRITTON one bed and furniture and also at his 
grandmothers death the horse or mule
