In the name of God Amen I Andrew Allen Planter and as to my worldly estate I do give and disposed in the manner and form following: I give unto Thomas Walton son of John Walton and Hannah his wife in the county of Kent and province of Maryland three hundred and fifty acres lying in Dobbs County upon Great Contentnea Creek joining upon Shadaks (Shadracks?) line and for part? of such heirs Grace Meers wife of Elisha Meers to her and her heirs who is the daughter of Stephen Walton in the county of Accomack on the eastern shore in the colony of Virginia. I give to my well beloved wife Pricila Allen daughter of Jacob Vanpelt in the county of Craven four hundred and twenty acres in Dobbs County lying upon Great Contentnea Creek and also all my Negroes Jane, Kellse, Joseph, Anthony, Frank, Chilles and Barbary and Candise to her and her heirs and one half of my stock of hogs and sheep and half of my household goods, corn and tobacco. I give to my well beloved friend Grace Meers as above said the other half of my household goods, corn and tobacco and likewise one half of my stock of cattle, hogs, horses, sheep to her. I give to my well beloved friend Gilbert Ker my Negro named Isaac and also my full suit of new clothes and the old book the Cronicale of Breatis. I give to my brother in law John Carpelt my watch. I give to my beloved wife the disposal of all my books only the only the history of the World and the explanation of the old testament to Gilbert Ker desiring that all my just debts be paid and appoint my well beloved friend Jacob Vanpelt my beloved wife Pricila Allen and Gilbert Ker the executors of my last will and testament.
