W. G. Beaman Written: April 30, 1890 State North Carolina Greene County Now, I, G. W. G. Beaman, beaing in good Health and Sound mind do make this my Last will in and manner and form following that is to say, I, G. W. G. Beaman, give and devise t my son, J. W. S. Beaman the track off land thirty acres that I have all ready deeded to him wich he now lives on to have and to hold to him and his heirs in fee simple forever. I give and devise to my daughter harriet the wife of Stanley Gay the peace of land that I Have all ready deeded to her wich she now lives on and the mill seat is on to have and to hold to her her heirs in fee simple forever. I give and devise the Balance of my realestate to Bee Equal devided Between my children by name to wit, (N. T. Beaman), R. F, Beaman, G. H. Beaman (Rev. Beaman), S. G. Beaman, Martha the wife of William Gay, Pennia Beaman, Dow Beaman, Nellia Beaman, to have and to hold Each one for unto him or hers heirs in fee simple forever. I give and devise to my daughter Pennia one domestic sewing machine to have and to hold to her and her heirs in fee simple forever. I give and devise to my daughter Nellia one Wilson sewing machine to have and to hold to her in fee simple forever. I give and devise all my beds and bed clothing to be equally divided between my five youngest children by name, viz, (R. W. Beaman, S. G. Beaman, Pennia Beaman, Nellia Beaman, Dow Beaman) each one to share alike to have and to hold to them in fee simple forever. My will and desire is that all my personal property shall be solde and after paying all of my just dets, I give and devise one hundred dollars to each of my three younger children if any over it shall bee divided between my other children to have and to hold to Each one of them in fee simple forever. Now it is my will and desire that if my wife survives me in Death, I leave all of my estate in her hands as it is now to control her life time after her Death my Exeuctors Shall have Power to Execute as above mention. And Lastly, I do hereby constitute and Point D. W. Patrick and S. G. Beaman my Lawful Executors to all intents and purposes to Execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and claus thereof. Sign and seal with my own hand this the 30th Day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety.
