Item:to wife Mary Elizabeth CHURCHWELL parcel of land in Greene Co. being on the 
south side of long branch adjoining the lands of FC.(L?) HOOKER, Thomas , EDWARDS  
and others, containing 29 acres more or less,  for her use during her natural life, then 
to go to Eliza A. NOBLES.

also gives wife, Mary E. CHURCHWELL, all personal property to have and to hold during 
her natural life then to go to my sister Eliza A. NOBLES
