My Executors provide decent burial suitable to wishes of family and pay all funeral expenses and just debts out of first monies to come into his hands. Give and devise to my son Chappel Churchill one bed and furniture, all my interest in the buggy we hold in common, all the corn, pork and bacon on hand when I die. Give and devise to my daughter Eliza A. Noble one bed and furniture, two chest, all my wearing apparel and all cloth I may have on hand at time of my decease and also one sow and pigs. All of my other personal property which has not been given away, shall after my decease be equally divided between my son Chappel Churchill and Eliza A.
