Elizabeth Jones May the 24th 1874 I Elizabeth Jones being in rite mind & senses (sic) knowing that we all have to die have a wish to dispose of my property to wit 1st I lend to Ruffin Jones my land whereon I now live; allso (sic) my kitchen firnature (sic), household firnature, during his natural life; then I give my land; and adjoining _ Tailor and Jesse Hart allso my household and kitchen firnature to Elonza Edward Webber I make and appoint G. T. Webber Executor to my will and witness my hand and seal attest. signed Elixabeth Jones signed and sealed in the presence of Parrott d. Waterers Martha Webbe proved in Greene County court by the executor G. T. Webber and by the oath and examination of P.D. Warters and Martha Webber the subscribing witnesses. It was ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of Elizabeth Jones by Jno. d. Grimsley? probate judge and that Geo.T. Webber duly ualified as executor. recorded in Record of Wills Book K page 28 and 29 Jnol D. Grimsley probate judge 1874 is crossed out and 1875 is written under it.
